We currently offer ground shipping with tracking within the US mainland only (48 states) and do not offer international shipping.
Orders are processed within 5 business* days (Monday-Friday) after purchase. This is the time taken to carefully process and package your handmade items for shipping.
After your order is processed, depending on the shipping destination, ground shipping typically takes 2-5 business* days.
*Business days exclude weekends and US holidays. Please note that processing times can increase following holidays.
We are committed to getting your order to you on time, however, there are times when delivery of an order may be delayed due to factors outside of our control such as bad weather or delays from the carrier.

We hope that you love your purchase.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an order.
The customer is responsible for paying for the costs of shipping an order back to us. Original costs of shipping are non-refundable.
Returned orders must have an evidence of purchase directly from us, be in the original packaging and unused state and in the same condition as it was shipped out.
Specifically for the return of tiles, as these are fragile and made of ceramic, please ensure that they are suitably wrapped individually with padding such as packing bubbles to prevent damage while in transit back to us.
We will not process returns for damaged items. Such damages include but is not limited to tears, stains, cracks, scratches etc.
Ensure that the old label is removed on your packaging before affixing your return label.
Once received and inspected, the applicable refund amount will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Depending on the method of payment, it may take longer for your bank to process the refund amount.
If a return of an order is required because we made an error, we will cover the costs of the return.
For orders that are returned through no fault of ours, the responsibility and costs for shipping the order will fall on the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for return.

Please note that our current product selection is handmade and variation is to be expected between items in the same batch and will not be considered damaged.
For the tote bags, please note that the hand-painted letters may not be symmetrical due to the coarse nature of the jute fabric. We consider this an aesthetic variation and not a damage.
We commit to sustainability by using upcycled materials for our tote bags. While the hidden parts may use different materials and textures, it does not impact the beauty of the tote bag you will receive.
For the tiles, there may be slight textures or grooves on the surface due to the ceramic material and the method of production. This is not considered a damage.
Damage to product packaging does not qualify for a refund.
If your purchase is damaged upon delivery, please send an email to us with evidence of purchase from us and pictures showing the damage within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will cover the shipping costs of returning a damaged item to us.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee a replacement for items returned to us due to the handmade nature of items and our principles of small batch production.
